Is IntakeQ HIPAA compliant?
Online intake forms, consents and e-signatures for practices. IntakeQ lists a HIPAA BAA on its IntakeQ and PracticeQ plans.
Signs a BAAYes
IntakeQ signs a Business Associate Agreement. The pricing page lists a HIPAA BAA on both the IntakeQ (forms) and PracticeQ plans; the terms require you to notify IntakeQ and enter into its BAA before handling PHI.
A BAA alone does not make its use HIPAA compliant: set it up as described under What to configure, and cover it in your risk analysis.
