Learners Count everyone together — each learner picks their own add-on. 2 front desk + 3 clinicians = 5.

Prices are per learner, one time, in US dollars. A seat is for one named learner; the certificate carries their name. Your practice keeps a training record of who passed — HIPAA asks it to document the training it gives (45 CFR 164.530(b)(2)(ii)). This is practice training, not a complete HIPAA program: your employer must also train you on its own policies and procedures. See every episode by role.
