Signs a BAAYes

SimplePractice signs a Business Associate Agreement. The SimplePractice BAA is entered into at the date and time your account is created and is part of its Terms of Service.

A BAA alone does not make its use HIPAA compliant: set it up as described under What to configure, and cover it in your risk analysis.
