Is Fax.Plus HIPAA compliant?
Online fax service by Alohi. A BAA is available on the Enterprise plan, requested from the account's security settings.
Signs a BAAConditional
Fax.Plus signs a Business Associate Agreement only under specific conditions. Enterprise plan only. Turn on Advanced Security Control under Settings > Security, then click Request BAA; a representative sends the BAA for signature.
A BAA alone does not make its use HIPAA compliant: set it up as described under What to configure, and cover it in your risk analysis.

What you still have to configure
- After the BAA, email notifications carry only a message by default; an administrator can enable fax attachments in email for the organization, and each user then chooses whether to receive them; delivery requires TLS 1.2. Keep them off unless your email service is under a BAA. source
